Some of the sites that I use or have found useful.

Jaguar Sector II - One of the top Atari Jaguar Community sites and a regular stomping ground for me.  Highly recommended for all things Jaguar (and other systems).

Hill Software - A fantastic site that offers the Atari Jaguar Development Kit (in a much better state than Atari offered it) and many other development projects and materials.

Atari Age - A good all round Atari site with a lot of referential information a large forums.
